Refund

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments must be made according to agreed timelines prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated

Refunds

Due to the customized, advisory, and time-based nature of consulting services, refunds are not guaranteed. Once services have begun, payments are considered earned. 

Refunds may be considered only if: 

  • Services have not yet commenced, and

  • A written cancellation request is submitted within the timeframe outlined in the applicable agreement

Any approved refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Content Mission and documented in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling 
  • Consulting sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum or 24 hours' notice

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited without refund 

6. Disclaimer

Content Mission provides strategic consulting and educational guidance related to online reselling and e-commerce platforms such as Poshmark, Depop, and eBay. We do not guarantee specific sales volume, income, platform visibility, or financial outcomes. 

Clients acknowledge that they are solely responsible for inventory sourcing, pricing, decisions, platform compliance, and implementation of recommendations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content Mission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sue of our website or services.

Automation is used conservatively and in a manner intended to reflect natural user behavior. Clients acknowledge that third-party platforms maintain their own terms of service and enforcement policies, which Content Mission does not control. 

By engaging our services, clients authorize Content Mission to utilize such tools on their behalf and understand that no specific sales results or account outcomes can be guaranteed.
